Matcha Almond & Current Panna Cotta with 'drunken' strawberries.
Makes 8 serves

- 2 tbsp. Dried currents (can use cranberries)
- 2 tsp Agar Agar.
- 16 medium Strawberries
- 2 star Anise
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp. Almond Flavouring (you can use less if you find the taste too strong)
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 2 tbsp. Powdered Sweetener such as Splenda (or equivalent - can use liquid stevia to taste)
